Rohde & Liesenfeld’s “track & trace” system enables you to check the status of your transport, your order and every single line item online via the internet at any time. The data are made available from our order management and execution system. They can be accessed at any time – 24/7/365. Thanks to Rohde & Liesenfeld’s information system you can track every step of the transport chain in real time. Detailed information about the transport status is made available, down to every line item of an order > Order management. This keeps you up-to-date on the status of a transport and helps you to track the availability of every single line item of an order along the supply chain.

 

If you enter a search term, you will get information on the history and the current status of the transport. The following can be used as search terms:

• client reference numbers (purchase / invoice numbers)
• R&L shipment number (AWB number for air freight, B/L number for sea freight)
• carrier shipment (name of the ship or master AWB number) or
• the container number of the shipment
